The rules of our Co-operative state that our aims and objectives are as follows.

Aim

The principal aim of the Co-operative is the protection and enhancement of the local natural environment through the cultivation and distribution of indigenous plants of appropriate provenance and through engagement with the community in educational and practical activities

Objectives

To produce and make available locally indigenous plants
To preserve, encourage and enhance local genetic diversity among indigenous plants
To promote the significance and use of local indigenous flora
To act as a resource and support for community activities that protect and enhance the natural environment
To promote ecologically sustainable practices within the community
To implement ecologically sustainable work practices
To provide a safe, supportive and caring workplace
